Will Campbell
Ben is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser for the Kentucky Real Estate Appraisers Board and holds a Real Estate Broker’s License with the Kentucky Real Estate Commission. He graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1974 with a degree in Business Administration and founded his appraisal business in 1977.
Ben appraises single and multi-family residential, commercial, industrial and farm properties. He specializes in historical residences, executive residences and farms. Ben regularly serves on the Tax Appeals Board for Fayette County and also teaches classes to realtors, bank employees and mortgage employees. He is also a certified Relocation Professional who performs relocation appraisals for several companies.
Will is a Certified Residential Real Property Appraiser for the Kentucky Real Estate Appraisers Board and holds a Real Estate Salesman's License with the Kentucky Real Estate Commission. He graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and has worked for Ben Campbell Appraiser since 2011. Will appraises residential homes, multi-family residential properties and vacant land.
Matt Goble
Matt is a Certified Residential Real Property Appraiser for the Kentucky Real Estate Appraisers Board and holds a Real Estate Salesman’s License with the Kentucky Real Estate Commission. He graduated from Florida State University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Minor in Business. Matt became an appraiser in 2002 and has worked for Ben Campbell Appraiser since 2003.
Matt appraises residential homes, vacant land, duplexes and residential condominiums. He specializes in residential homes in the Chevy Chase and Ashland Park area as well as residential condominium units in the downtown area.
Dawn Lilly
Dawn serves as Office Manager and is in charge of all general operations for the team including overseeing the appraisal order process, client relations and accounting. She has lived in Lexington most of her life and graduated from Tates Creek High School where she took several business classes. Dawn has worked for Ben Campbell Appraiser since 2005.
